Dr. Alper Uğur

Uğur received his bachelor’s degree at Yıldız Technical University Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1996 and received his master’s degree at Anadolu University Department of Business Administration in 2002 and Department of Nanotechnology in 2009. He did his doctorate at Anadolu University Department of Materials Science and Engineering in 2017. After graduation, he worked in various roles at his own energy company and at factories of Demirdöküm, Eti and Cici A.Ş. Since 2013, he has been active in the assessment of more than 200 projects as an independent assessor at Development Agencies in financial support programs of innovative technologies, R&D, renewable energy, economic development, entrepreneurship etc. He also provides strategic technology and product management consulting to various companies. He has had various articles published in national and international science magazines. He has been serving in the certification and conformity assessment of rail systems at Raylı Sistemler Mühendislik Müşavirlik A.Ş. since 2018.
