AYŞE KUYRUKÇU graduated from Atılım University Industrial Engineering in 2005 and completed her doctorate in the same university in 2017 in the same field. She was academician between 2008-2018. While continuing as a lecturer at Industrial Engineering Departmnt, she founded her company "Tifika.com" with her 2 partners in 2016. She worked as Business Development Director at Rovenma between 2019-2021. She served as the CEO of Ankara Technology Development Center (Ankara Tekmer) in 2021. Since 2006, she has been involved as a trainer and consultant in many projects within the scope of University-Industry cooperation. These projects focus on entrepreneurship, strategic planning and project management. She also worked on state supports and consultancy for SMEs. She is one of the trainers approved by KOSGEB for Applied Entrepreneurship Training and also gave TÜBİTAK Entrepreneurship trainings. She has been working with techno-entrepreneurs since 2008. She completed the Smart Mentor program in 2016 and became a TÜBİTAK-approved mentor, and since then she continues to support the entrepreneurship ecosystem with mentoring and training in many programs such as TÜBİTAK, GCIP, Ankara Development Agency, different BIGG programs, etc.
