Dr. Cheng-chiou Chang

Dr. Cheng-chiou Chang graduated from Taiwan Ocean University Department of System Engineering and Naval Architecture and did his master’s degree on Transport and Logistics Management at Chiao Tung University. Having the bachelor of engineering from Taipei Technology University Department of Electrical Engineering, Dr. Cheng did his doctorate at Taiwan University Department of Civil Engineering. After starting to work as a visiting scholar at Nanjing University, Dr. Cheng worked as an expert project advisor at companies such as Chinese Management Association, CECI Engineering Consultants and Sinotech Engineering Consultants. He worked as a principle engineer at the Office of Electrical and Mechanical Projects and went on to serve as the vice president of operations and speaker at Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corp. Having served as CEO at Chung Hua University Smart Transport and Railway Systems Research Center, Chang is also a committee member at Taiwan Ministry of Transport and Communication.
