Doç. Dr. Halit Özen

After completing his doctorate studies at Yıldız Technical University (YTU) Department of Transport in 1999, Halit Özen worked as a lecturer at the same university until 2006. Between 2006 and 2008, he worked as a visiting lecturer at the Florida International University (FIU) in the USA. He also worked as a researcher at FIU-Lehman Center for Transportation Research (LCTR) between 2008 and 2013. He continues to work as a lecturer at YTU Department of Transport. Halit Özen has experience and studies on the modelling and optimization of large-scale transportation networks, development of decision support systems, cognitive report on the AUS and development of analysis and application plans and also has various publications on highway superstructure management and design.
