EDUCATION

He graduated from Istanbul Technical University as a Geomatics Engineer in 1990. He received his master’s degree on Transportation Engineering in 1993.

EXPERIENCES

He served under various roles in private sector between 1992-1996; and between 1996-2019, at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Metro Istanbul A.Ş. In 2019he resigned from his post at Metro İstanbul A.Ş. as the Deputy General Director and assumed the role of General Director and the Chairman of the Executive Board at TCDD Teknik A.Ş.

Mr. YAZAR was appointed as the General Director and Chairman of the Executive Board at TÜRASAŞ in August 2020.
